On May 12, 2022, the FDA issued marketing granted orders (MGO) to R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company for its Vuse Vibe e-cig device and its accompanying tobacco-flavored closed e-liquid pod.

From the Logic lineup
On June 10, 2022, the FDA gave a second green light to Logic Technology Development LLC. It was found that Logic e-cigs benefit adult smokers, serving as an alternative to traditional cigarettes—outweighing the risk that young people would start using them provided the company followed requirements to reduce access and exposure.
This authorization allows these products to be legally marketed in the U.S:

- Platinum Label Tobacco Disposable Ecig
Logic was successful in showing the FDA that their products helped adult smokers move away from traditional cigarettes, which reduces the smoker’s risk of exposure to harmful and potentially harmful toxins that are found in tobacco like carbon monoxide.
